Is it "cheating" to try it twice a day ?  I heard from someone that I might need this as a type of booster shot to get myself jump-started more effectively.

    There is no cheating in this process. The main goal daily is to say " I Love You" 3 x in the mirror...from there you can add your own things.

    Yesterday I did mine completely nude...yep! in my birthday suit. LOL
